Beautiful park with spectacular lake views. Cafe to eat in or takeaway & clean toilets.Only negative is shame you pay for parking & could of done with overflow carpark open too.

Racist lady refused to give me my order even after I pleaded with her I came from far and not had to show ID in the past to pick my order. She said she needed to "protect herself" because of course, black people would come in the store to steal other people's orders?!

Probably the best currys around just watch out for the lies of the 150 pound in store vouchers when you by a 2 and a half grand tv by the sales team. you dont get it thats just to make you think your getting a better deal. Apart from them lieing to me it is a good store

Friendly staff but they seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than being attentive to customers. Helped when requested but must of walked up and down the TV aisles 6/7 times before I realised help was not on the way. On other days I might of gone elsewhere but purchased a great 32" JVC as a present and was happy with the price as curries have always been typically good value. Customer of over 25 years at various branches, the rochester is stocked as well as any but a little lacking in customer service dept.

Lots and lots of everything you can ever need.I took my son to buy a desktop and the amazing man who attended to us was in a class all by himself!!!!He broke down the RAM, the speed, the storage, etc. Essentially, it was a quick lesson that improved our knowledge of the basics of the computer and all we needed.He helped us make an informed choice!We couldn't make a choice on the first day and so we returned the next weekend, after looking online.The staff were so helpful from the beginning to the end.I would definitely be back.

Awesome workers. Very patient with customers and give you the room to choose what you want.I met Dave (team manager)....such a nice guy.Unfortunately we couldn't get what we wanted as we were not qualified for finance just yet, however He was very patient with us.

My partner needed a laptop, so we went there and met an East Asian looking young man who helped us a lot in making tye our decision on which laptop to get, he listened to our requirements and needs, and showed us quote a few options until we were able to narrow it down. It is a great regret that we didn't catch his name, we thought we will find his name on the bill or any paperwork, but we didn't. This man is an asset to Curry's, or any computer department, he is well over qualified to he a sales person, we hope that he gets recognised and promoted accordingly. His knowledge in computers and the opions available is vast and impressive. He was the only east Asian looking man in the shop, so I'm sure tye store manager will recognise who I'm talking about.

Really disappointing experience. Went in store to speak to someone about changing my mum's phone contract and the advisor, Mayur, was deliberately unhelpful. He kept wandering off when speaking to us, and was only interested in trying to sell us a Vodafone contract and told us multiple times that they weren't part of ID mobile and just to go online to do it. Would only help when prompted. Left unsatisfied by the whole experience.

Went in Saturday to ask information on Ninja air fryer.No staff around. Walked down to the TV's 3 members of staff chatting. One comes with me I ask the questions. I look again and staff member disappeared.After a while was looking at a different one. Was wanting to know how many were in stock.Found another member of staff on the floor sticking labels over products. Asked can you help me. He obviously didn't want to get up off the floor.Showed him the Air fryer and asked how many they had in stock. His grumpy response ' well how many do you want ' spoke some more to him. And decided to leave.Worked with the public for many year's. Currys need to up your game.
