I have been customer of Hazel Motors since 2018 but i did have some niggles with them but nothing major.Last summer i took my 1 year old car and I supplied the oil and filter because i just wanted to use the best possible oil for that engine . On return i have found out that my car was overfilled by 650ml of oil . Which could harm the engine. So i am glad i had suction pump so i have recovered the extra oil without the need to go to them and drive it further with overfilled engine. I did ring them and told them what they have done and they should be more careful next time . They apologized verbally over the phone and that?s it . Few weeks ago i went for another change of oil i have supplied again the oil and the oil filter I can?t remember if the washer for the sump was inside the box with the filter.I did mentioned to them about the previous overfill so i wanted them to take extra care and i have supplied this time the exact oil quantity to avoid this happening again.So i have collected the car all seemed fine until a week later i got a warning message ?top up oil? something i have never seen in my car before as the car is new and doesn?t consume any oil so i have topped it up and i just thought that i didn?t supply enough oil ? i drove the car another 200 miles and next morning again same message i just didn?t understand what is going i poured again. 100 miles later again. And so after 700 miles after my oil change i realized i have filled 1.5 liters in total and this rang the bell but no oil was leaking underneath so today i have decided to investigate and lye under the car and to realize that the whole under tray is full with oil .I rang them and they accepted me immediately i was obviously super furious as this was the second occasion where they were going to damage my almost new car because of their professional negligence. They didn?t allow me initially to go and see the car underneath before they inspected i was against it as he checked how tight the sump is when i was 15 meters away . Then they blamed me that i didn?t supply the washer so even if i didn?t why should they undertake the job if an issue would be created i am sure the technician didn?t warm up the engine and check for leaks as the leak was apparent and massive just a week later . The washer is a not a moving part so after installation it either seals or not . So the technician purely rushed my car and didn?t check for leaks So they didn?t recover my only 700miles £70 oil but he dumped it straight so i had to fill the engine again with my spare bottle . My whole car underneath was all in oil up until the last exhaust box including the rear axel they tried to cleaned but oil is damaging for rubbers and plastics so i am sure some damage will be done as it is impossible to cleaned it .the management of the case from the receptionist to the owner of the garage was not adequate.wrongly managed case without accepting their liability for the arised issueThe owner said that ?this is not the end of the world ? yes why now after spending so much on a brand new car ? then he told me i am not welcomed anymore neither i want to go there anymore either . So they had the needed washer by the way although i didn?t have it again . I asked them to cover the new oil cost they refused . . How convenient to blame the client for their own negligence. I wouldn?t recommend them anymore to anyone. When something goes wrong they show their real face . You can?t blame a client as you are the service who decides if the parts are correct or not and if it is missing you should call me ask me or supply and then charge me the £0.50 that it cost !A professionals manner would be not to blame the client but calm down the client and support it not treating the customer like a criminal when it wants to see their damaged car by them before they conceal any mistakes they have made !I did not abuse anyone wanting to check my car first was branded as rude . How pity . Two mistakes are far too much for simple oil change . Avoid !

I have used Hazel Motors for a while and will continue to do so. They recently changed my tyres and provided an excellent service. Car was in and out super fast saving me most of my day. Polite & friendly, they are great

Worst customer service ever. Rudest receptionist of all times. I had to cancel my service as couldn?t tolerate her arrogant attitude. Avoid! Secondly there?s no waiting area for customers so if you drop your car then wait outside in snow, rain and cold. Terrible!Please upload the cctv video! If there?s a waiting area but can?t use it for safety reasons! Ha ha what?s the point of having one then? Anyway not coming back and won?t recommended it to anyone either.

Can't fault this place, they are reliable always get the job done and don't try to overcharge or rip you off. To top that off they have a really friendly service highly recommend.
