I went there today because of suspected fraud and got not only this done but many other things I wanted to do for ages. I received an absolutely fabulous service from Janine. She has been the kindest the most professional and helpful, despite the fact that I came with many different problems. Did not send me away to the website like some other people do but helped me there and then immediately. I am so grateful! This is a model customer service as it used to be, before the horrible telephone banking. Please do not close the Chatham branch!

I have been to the bank to transfer money from my account to another account I've been there for three hours and the bank manager told me they will not transfer me no money I have to show them invoices what I need that money for disgusting and then he told me that's not my money it's HSBC money clowns working in the bank in Chatham
