I am writing this review whilst I am still waiting for a member of staff to pick up the phone. So far, as have been waiting for 40 minutes. They say they will ring you back, usually between 24/48 hours. What disgraceful customer service. Are their staff working from home and seeing to their children, walking the dog, on their bike?I have just opened a bond with them and need to speak to someone urgently. I have accounts with 12 Banks and have never had this abysmal level of service from any of them. When I eventually get to speak to someone, I will, hopefully, close this account and put my money elsewhere. Would I recommend them, ABSOLUTELY NOT!
