Appalling, i was meant to have a phone delivered yesterday to store. I called at approx 3pm to see if that had been delivered to be told 'no deliveries, be ready tomorrow' then swiftly ushered off the phone. I have called the store 11 times this morning to find out where my phone is and no one has answered the phone to help at all.

I went into the 02 shop to take out a second sim only plan. Was asked to sit down. Then was totally ignored and the assistant started talking to other customers that came into the shop after me. Will never go back to that shop ever again.

Shocking customer service I stood there for over 20 minutes, staff totally ignored me rather playing with some phones,after speaking with her very rude and disrespectful ,end up walking out,avoid if you can ,very poor ?

In my opinion the staff at o2 are rather unkeen to be doing their job like its a chore to them. Although one member of staff was extremely pleasant to deal with went out on a limb and on the whole was a pleasant experience that kind of service which has secured my trust and wanting to pursue business with o2. And the rest of the team including the store leader could really do with taking a leaf out of he's book .....

What a difference this shop is compared to my recent visit to the Bluewater shop.The staff here were friendly and helpfull, got our new phone, all questions answered and all within 20 minuits.Bluewater, 3hours wait, rude and unhelpfull staff, just a very bad experiance.See O2 it can be done with the right staff, congrats to Chatham shop
