The staff members I met were excellent, I was satisfied with how everything was going on then, even though I didn't have knowledge of how to select perfectly but they put me through and checked me so perfectly

UPDATE FEB 2024: 5 stars to girl Masie for adjusting my glasses today, never had this fit before and was struggling since last year with poor fittings. Masie tried to adjust my fittings three times today and finally did it. Neither sore at ears nor hanging down on the nose. THANKS MASIE!Excellent service provided by staff especially Martin. He spend so much time helping me decide the best combination of glasses and varifocal lenses. A Big Thank You Martin! I feel sorry for you that you have to spend so much time helping fussy customers like me.

Super busy on a Friday. Despite this, the staff were well organised and helpful. The only issue was when my daughter was told her glasses would be ready February 30th LOL!

I had previously worn contacts. When I got to the store. The lady at the front desk was polite and friendly and explained where I had to go. I then stood on the stairs in the contact less area as was busy. Took about 15min or so to check in. Then waited another 30min to see the optician. She they took my upstairs to run a quick health check on my eyes and said we need to order your lens in. She was pushing for the more expensive one. I asked what's the difference between them. She said one more comfortable than the other. She said we will order you some in and said to go down stairs (no explanation what I had do next). Went down stairs and another lady after 10min asked did the lady say wether we needed any more info. Advised she didn't so she had to go upstairs and check with her and she came back down to say call when your in. Felt very rushed and had to wait a long time.Went the hempstead store today and they see me straight away and explained all my options and check the dimensions for my eyes and explained they would call in few days to arrange appointment. Hempstead store puts chatam store to shame

My husband was turned away at another local branch of Specsavers earlier in the year when he had an emergency. We travelled to the Chatham Branch & were seen by a professional optician straight away who recognised how serious the condition was & sent him to Moorfields the same day. Every time he has visited the branch from the start of treatment to current time he has been treated with courtesy & efficiency from all the team but Karishma Patel literally saved his sight that first day he saw her. Thank you.
