Very friendly, attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful.Spent a long time on the phone to the security team during my visit who were void of any personality, they did resolve the issue however. Also please have a look at your ‘on hold’ music. It is anxiety causing due to the way the loop plays making you believe your call is about to be answered only for the music to start again.I regularly use the branch and have always found the team to be very helpful and friendly. If this branch ever closed (currently on reduced hours) I would leave the society. I am a very happy customer of Nationwide in general and the Dartford team amplify that feeling. ?”

“I cannot praise this Bank enough. The manager Andrew goes above and beyond to give advice and support. I have banked with a few banks over the years but the way this bank, especially this branch has a hands on approach from the manager down to the rest of the wonderful staff is exceptional.”

“I popped in after having long term issues accessing my account as I don't use it much, needing a new card and my internet banking all sorted out. I was taken to a room and within 10 minutes all my issues were sorted. Very efficient and the lady I dealt with was excellent and friendly. Other banks like the one next door to it could learn a thing or two!”

“AMAZING customer experience at this branch (and HSBC in general), very glad I am no longer with my previous bank!Had to pop in to this branch today and was greeted by a lovely lady whose name I did not catch but she was incredibly helpful; I then had further assistance from a lovely kind lady named Ann who helped me setup the HSBC app on my new phone which I thought was going to be very painful but proved quite the opposite - she was very informative, friendly and helped me every step along the way.Could not recommend the staff here any higher, 100/5 stars from me!!Thanks very much to the lovely ladies who assisted me today - really put my mind at ease and helped me to destress! Thank you all so so much.”

Firstly, what absolutely AMAZING service , all memebers of staff are amazingly kind , helpful and caring , I've been to a lot of shells around the country as I'm frequently travelling and this is by far the best.
