If I could leave no stars I would . Ordered an Uber as I needed nappies and a few other bits and Little man was unwell. One item was out of stock so I called them within 30 seconds to change the item to a different strength (same product though) and they said my order had left already . Why lie when they just clearly couldn?t be bothered to simply swap the item over ? Will never order from these again . Really rude and they couldn?t care less about paying customers ! I suggest the company finds new staff judging by the reviews .

Never order here via Uber eats or online. Got beetroots as replacement for strawberries, open mixed vegetables packet and half pints instead of full, grapes instead of raspberries - total waste and headache

Disgusting health hazard. Always got rotten food & fruit. I?ve tried to shop with them twice both occasions been absolutely atrocious. Never again. Need to be investigated! A mess!

Staff are rude, the stock is always a mess and today I found rotting fruit and veg on the shelves totally disgusting and a Health hazard. Years ago it was a pleasant shop but now the staff couldn?t care less.

It would be great if the staff didn't talk about the customer behind their back. If there is an issue approach the customer professionally and quietly so that it can be discussed, not behind their back and in front of the other customers.

Well, it seems that now it is the customer responsibility to ensure the bottled water they sell has bar codes. There were a bunch of Buxton water bottles without packing on the shelf, but a minority of them with bar codes.I took the first one I saw and the cashier was mad at me because he thought I had opened a pack and had taken a single bottle out.Shop to avoid.
