“I never ridden here , I went to have a look because my family run this place when it was a farm in the 1950’s for the Hospital / mental health institution. Just before the start of the NHS . The farm being eventually sold off to fund the fledgling NHS. It looks exactly the same. Here in picture 1 is my great uncle with his Douglas motorcycle .Owners are now Dartford Council . Riding school for people with disabilities. The Centre is entirely self funding with 10 ponies/ horses that provide vital life changing therapy to the Disabled. The impact of Arrow Riding has said that its never been so clear how much our horses help them physically and mentally.”
