Attended the Tesco Esso on Dartford road this Sunday evening, it was very quiet. I requested assistance from the staff behind the counter to advise which aisles the items I needed were on. The staff member ignored me so I asked again and he told me to go and look for myself. He said it?s not his job to help me he?s too busy on the till, the security guard stood and laughed. I told the staff member this was not good customer service. He told me it?s not his job to help so he doesn?t care.

O dearHear we go again staff parking in places were they should not unable to fill up my car due to staff cars parked next to the pumps water all over the floors were the fridges are broken food stacked all over the place including outside areas rude staff refusing to come to the tills to serve why o why to the staff spend all day in the back offices no traffic control a complete mess avoid at all cost also is there a reason the lights are broken all the time on the shop floor and chillers

Not great, always crammed with produce just going out of date, plus the fuel costs go up and down like the tide

Won?t be filling up at a Tesco again. Have no choice but to pay inside due to fuel card yet most of their pumps are pay at pump only.

Was shouted at to move out of a disabled bay so the workers could move trolleys behind the space when I had a disabled badge .

Good service. Has a range of convenience goods. Cannot complain about service as it was efficient. Petrol standard price.

Easy to get to going Westbound. Pay at pump available. Petrol station 1 minute down the road is 1-2p cheaper though, frustratingly!
