Total fail in customer services and I do believe goes against the 1979 sales of good act Uk.Don?t trust Games warranty policy.I purchased £99.99 headphones that snapped within 2 weeks.Took back to game straight away.Was told to buy £50 cover and to claim off game cover.I refused to do so as I thought it was a scam for these guys to sell you another product to cover their KPI (sales tactics)Was advised to then get in contact with turtle beach. In which I did so.Turtle beach have opened an exchange case with a reference number and asked me to contact point of purchase for this.I have emails of discussion with turtle beach.So I went back to GAME BLUEWATER. 16/01/23 spoke to Toby assistant managerWho said it was against their policy and that there was nothing they could do. As this was turtle beach policy and not GAME policy.I asked for the store managers name but was only give the name Kathrine, she was in store but I guess she didn?t want to deal with me even tho she was present the moment I walked in and explained my case to Toby.When I asked for point of contact for head office I was advised to call or go through the online portal.I tried both.Called GAME HEAD OFFICE , Monday 16/01/23 at 2pm, line was closed and recorded message was to call back Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30(Total fail)I then tried the online portal.After filling in; name , email, address. It asked for order number and point of sale. I filled in at which point there was no response.I did this 5 more times to the same result.(Absolute fail)So much for customer service!Do yourselves a favour. Buy direct from manufacturer and skip the middle man.

This store as with all game stores deserves to be shut down. Rude, unhelpful staff. Sell you game ?on offer? for the switch in particular and don?t care to inform you that the game is a download code because ?they already have a tiny print on the box stating it?s a code? who on earth buy?s a downloadable game with a box??? Ridiculous and the cheek to tell you well we don?t need to tell you, not but it would be polite!

Just been to Game at Bluewater was served by two gentlemen. Am a 74 year old grandmother and a technophobe they were fantastic helped me without making me feel stupid. Can not praise them enough

My favourite store in Bluewater. I?ve been going to this store for many years and have always had good customer service. I?ve been going more frequently in recent years as they stock great Pokémon TCG products. The selection of games is decent enough and they stock loads of merch and collectables. One of the managers, also named Scott, remembers me when I come in and I?m always treated with respect. As far as product knowledge goes they know how to help me out. I have the game elite subscription and works out really well if you?re buying TCG, toys, merch etc as well as games.

Busy when we went first but return later when quieter . The lady that served us was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Wife came away happy with her Nintendo switch oled.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service in my life!!!! The supervisor has the most childish behaviour he made my blood boil, and doesn?t want to contact his manager.I tried to return a game of value £70 for a refund, exchange or even credit note. The only thing they offered was either trade in for £14.99 or credit note £61.99. Because the wrapping was removed, but it was unused as it was purchased less than 24 hours ago.I agreed to a credit note £61.99 and to confirm i asked multiple times the Sales assistant if it is actually £61.99 and he agreed. Then he went to ask help from the supervisor who said it is not possible to do it through credit and he will do cash. And he did the trade in and gave me £14.99 in cash without my approval or consent.I told him that is not what i agreed to and then he said ?it?s too late, it?s done now and irreversible? I ask him at least to give me the game back and cancel the trade in. And he said that is not possible, and he can?t do anything.He totally stepped over my rights and whatever i was saying the answer he would give me was ?it is irreversible? with the most CHILDISH and RUDEST behaviour, he wouldn?t let me talk or tried to do anything. I ask to talk with the manager he said ?I wish i could? but i work in Bluewater as well and i know he just don?t want to. I basically lost £55. THEY ARE THIEVES AFTER PEOPLES MONEY

The guy served us was so knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. He listened to what we wanted and then gave advice. This is different to selling something straight away and is a much better experience for the customer ?
