“I was thoroughly pleased with my trip to the Goldsmiths Bluewater boutique, Hannah my sales lady was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and patient with me. As a younger person I can often feel out of place in some boutiques and I had previously had a bad experience earlier that day in another jewellers where I was reluctantly handed a watch but could feel I was being watched carefully, this put me on edge and shortly left that store and headed to Goldsmiths arriving 30 minutes before close. Hannah welcomed me and eagerly offered me to try on the same watch. I returned the next day to finalise the purchase that Hannah had set aside for me but overnight I had changed my mind and requested to view an few others. Hannah immediately got them out and explained everything about them and allowed me plenty of time to try them on. I believe I was in the boutique for about 2 hours. Overall it was her level of customer service that sealed the deal on a nice Tudor Black Bay. She never once made me feel I had to spend more or less but genuinely wanted to find the perfect watch for me. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and she’s a standout sales woman especially for younger buyers like myself.”
