Today I had my birthday party at Lush Bluewater with my family and it was the best birthday ever! Adults can still have awesome birthday parties. The party was fun, with face masks, skin treatments and bubble bar making, our host was so knowledgeable about Lush products and was funny too. She made us feel so welcome and engaged with all of us. Well worth the money and so many memories made. We were already super fans of Lush and now we love them even more, we will definitely be booking them for other family members. The products to choose from were great as was learning how Lush make them and having a go too. Thank you Lush Bluewater!

As an artist, I had the incredible opportunity of being invited to host a pop-up shop at Lush in Bluewater last summer, which was an all-round great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and enthusiasm, and their support and friendliness throughout the event were brilliant. The store is spacious and well lit, providing the perfect backdrop for me to showcase my artwork and interact with customers.As an independent artist, I greatly appreciate Lush's commitment to supporting local artists and prioritising unique in-store events like these. A big thanks to Viv, who organised everything perfectly - I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience!

I visited Lush Bluewater just before Christmas and was helped by a staff member named, Sophia. Sophia really took the time to understand what products I was looking for and was kind enough to give samples rather than just pushing me to buy, as I don?t like buying before I try. Having used the samples, I am coming back to purchase the products. Sophia explained Lush?s principles and wanting their customers to be happy. It?s made me want to shop more regularly with this brand.

Dani was so wonderful with my daughters that not only has she made us customers for life, she left such a lasting impression we have come all the way back to bluewater so the girls can say hi and shop again. in a world where customer service Is none existent she really elevates our experience. Well done Lush for bridging the gap in hiring Dani!

I had a wonderful experience at Lush Bluewater with Sejal who was so kind, welcoming and attentive towards me. I could feel that Sejal genuinely wanted to help me and she made my time at Lush so much more memorable! After explaining to Sejal what I was looking for, Sejal took the time to suggest different options to me and also explain the products and let me try them, without any rush ?. Her enthusiasm for Lush is infectious and so too is her intention to listen to the customer and help them with what they need . Thank you Sejal for helping me today ??

Shout out to Sejal and Lily! at this Lush Bluewater store. My twins absolutely loved playing with the bubbles and rubbing snow fairy dust on their hands and blowing a little in the air. Sejal was awesome!! She was so attentive and humble with her approach. Very engaging, polite and kind continuously smiling throughout the experience it was wonderful to see the girls have fun!A special thank you and appreciation to Lily. My twins have grown up using Lush products, Snow Fairy always being a winter fav. Lily gave them a platinum class service from bubble hands to cream to dust to spritz whilst they twirl. The girls loved the experience so much they spoke of it to family and friends over the week. I?ve now bought the snow fairy spray, dust and cream for the girls so that they can recreate the experience that Lily gave them at home. Lily was so attentive, polite and humble, highly recommend. Lush offer the best customer service by far!Best customer service experience to date with both these ladies on seperate days! The store is incredible with their staff and service!

I went into Lush on Weds 6/12 and was just having a browse, Dani then assisted myself and my partner with a query we had and even took us to the demo area to see the product in action, she was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

The staff was so kind and sweet, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Eve was especially helpful and found me something that complemented me so well, despite what I asked being quite vague and she walked me through the process of finding exactly what I needed. 10/10 ?

My friend and i visited bluewater lush store, at first being very overwhelmed by the amount of staff that aproached us (5 different members of staff) we felt that staff should be more observant of who their colleagues have spoken to although they had excellent customer service being aproached that many times was a lot for two introverts! But a massive credit to the store Gemma H behind the till had great customer service skills, didn?t feel like she was pressuring us into anything and just was lovely all around whilst still hitting all store targets e.g. upselling, customer experience talk etc.

My family and I love Lush products and the Bluewater store is great. The staff are lovely but pretty overbearing however. I went in a month ago knowing I would spend in there ..after being approached by several staff I just wanted to pay and get out. Today we just told several approachers that we were fine. I appreciate good service but Bluewater is a bit much

My visit was definitely an experience, staff were lovely if not a bit over bearing in trying to help, we were approached by 5-6 people.In an already overwhelming situation it ended up being a little too much, especially as introverts. However that completely changed when we went to the tills and ended up being served by the most amazing lady. Gemma H was calm, collected and knew what she was doing. She checked us out and was so lovely.
