A staggering 30 minute wait for a simple breakfast - food arrived , still no drinks - ended up sending it all back as cold - manager didn't care - rubbish service

Went to have a lunch yesterday, as some McDonald’s allow NHS staff discount on order some don’t. Asked to a member of staff about that, she was so helpful and took us to the Managers who not only authorised us a discount but also took our orders.
