Go to the bank and it's never open. Everywhere closes at 3pm these days and selected days. Definitely time to change banks. What about providing service for working people...?

Excellent service in branch. Very friendly, attentive and couldn?t have been more helpful.Spent a long time on the phone to the security team during my visit who were void of any personality, they did resolve the issue however. Also please have a look at your ?on hold? music. It is anxiety causing due to the way the loop plays making you believe your call is about to be answered only for the music to start again.I regularly use the branch and have always found the team to be very helpful and friendly. If this branch ever closed (currently on reduced hours) I would leave the society. I am a very happy customer of Nationwide in general and the Dartford team amplify that feeling. ?

Horrendous bullying experience from a male member of staff which was reported to their Head Office, never heard back from them. So wonderful polite and professional staff but have never forgotten that experience.

People work there so friendly not even open account there . But the one in Gravesend that we had open account there there are absolutely joke not even showed their expression for caring customers .What they only said is the rule. And even their custo.ers relation head office us completely joke too. The recent I gave 3 * they should received 5 but the head office their customer services like the one in Gravesend. So I can imagination that anything's when wrong they won't look after customers at all. Very shame of head office managers . I requested for talking.g to managers in head office they said their boss busy or go holiday. Now nearly 1 months not even heard anything's. What kind of customer service is that???. If u have money need to tho ked about their customer services.

The Nationwide website is basically fine - there are few difficulties in using it and it is generally accessible 24/7. If I had a criticism it would be that it has so many adverts on it that speed of access is sometimes reduced - as you wait for the ad to load before you reject it. While I understand the bank's enthusiasm for advertising it's products to its customers, I do occasionally think that a simple switch to block adverts that customers see repeatedly would be a good idea (as well as a good selling point!). Some of us simply want online access to our accounts with options to choose other services rather than a continuous barrage of products - many of which we have no interest in.
