My daughter wanted to recognise Yeliz who was incredibly patient and helpful when we were shopping today. She was very friendly and approachable. As my daughter works in customer service too, she said it was lovely to see such a lovely and understanding worker! She was excellent, thank you for your help!

Staff are a bit slow serving people. I knew exactly what I wanted but still took 20 minutes to finish dealing with the 1 customer in front of me. Once I was being served I was done in under 5 minutes.
