Pros: Refreshingly honest, strong customer service skills, great business & work ethic, brilliant diagnostic skills, appropriately priced - by no means the most expensive.Cons: Quite busy - I guess due to their high customer return rate and local popularity.I've used Service My Car for the last 2 or 3 years for all my regular services, and a range of mechanical issues with several different vehicles. They have been quick to diagnose and sort the issues. Turnaround periods have always been reasonable. Even when suppliers have mucked up the orders and caused delays, Service My Car have been quick to communicate and have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm still a happy customer. Which I am.100% recommend for all regular servicing, one offs, and MOT preparations.
