Just been into Superdrug on Christmas Eve and was served by Tyrone in the fragrance area. He went above and beyond to help in such a busy period. Definitely a great worker, super drug should be very proud of him

Super drug is a very fine alternative to Boots ,not as much room in the store but a fine alternative if required

Unhelpful aloof staff, with an 'I can't be bothered attitude'. Couldn't be bothered to help find an item or direct me to where it was and once I finally got to the aisle, its not in stock. At till staff to too busy chatting amongst themselves then actually calling customers over. Asked at till and same old flippant attitude 'if not out not in stock! Terrible service all round

Not one shop assistant looked as if they wanted to be there. I found staff quite aloof. Sorry to inform you but we do not want to shop here.

This is always a very busy store and can get quite crowded, especially around the makeup, which can make it tricky to browse. Superdrug really need to consider making their aisles a little wider. Good range of products here thoough and despite there always being a long queue the staff do their best to keep it moving quickly.

Well stocked store with alot of products more than smaller superdrug stores, aisles are narrow in there, not a problem for me but could be for people with prams/pushchairs and wheelchair users. Staff on checkouts not overly friendly, staff on shop floor having personal conversations. Didn't bother me, but what did was being glared at by staff and then asked if I wanted a basket (I worked in retail before, including at superdrug ?, so I know this is what they do when they think you're attempting to steal as a detterant). Could hear them discussing this over their headsets to tell the cashier to make sure I paid for all my items. I get that theft prevention is part of their jobs, but treating me like that wasn't cool

Staff at check out don?t even greet or smile when serving members. It was 13:00 on Sunday and the store opened around 2 hours ago and the staff looks tired and unhelpful .

Good had Woman perfume available discounted to £22 and further discount to £17.70. Good service.

The price of an item on their website was £17.49. In store, it is was £23. How are you supposed to know what the in-store price is? Needless to say, I did not buy it in store.
