We do a a special day for our dog who passed away two years ago. Had photos done and printed and a mug with his photo on. Staff very helpful and understanding.

I have mixed feelings regarding the store, the staff themselves were polite and courteous.Unfortunately the service was less so, after ordering an engraved plague for my father's Grave for a specific day and date, it never materialised, in excess of a week late, despite almost daily calls to try and rectify.But as stated the staff were apologetic and very nice

Sorry but not good service took my keys in to be cut for my daughter cost £16 was told had to be cash so had to go to bank , got home key didn?t work my daughter went back down there , shutters down , I called he said was on a break , no sign to say this , he re cut the key , she bought back still didn?t work , I went down there at this time it was 5.10 he cut it again , got it home STILL didn?t work ? I have had this key cut three times elsewhere never a problem so now will want a refund and go elsewhere

Amazing service today (28th feb 22..didnt get the gentlemans name,had a beard if that helps. My key to my car broke an went into the shop to ask if it could be repaired.this man was so helpfull an explained what he was going to do an i left him to it an went in the shop next door to kill some time..came out an all done an my old key all in a bag to keep safe..so polite an so helpfull..great guy..

In Dartford we seem to have been blessed with really lovely people at Timpsons over the years. Today I needed some engraving doing on a medal so I asked this thoroughly decent guy that goes by the nick-name of the Bald Cobbler (sorry can't remember his real name). Amazingly good and entirely natural customer service....really really helpful with a genuine smile. Many thanks.
