I don?t normally write bad reviews, but this has to be the worst place I have eaten at for a very long time, perhaps ever. I used to come here regularly but don?t know what happened. The miso soup was terrible - just hot water and spring onion, with a microscopic amount of miso. The Korean chicken salad was mind-blowingly salty with no kimchi in evidence. The salmon sashimi was catastrophically bad - tasteless mush, almost definitely from frozen. And the ?ramen? - surely a crime against ramen - was just plain weird. Somebody decided to add every flavour known to man into the broth, let it cool down to room temperature and then bung an overcooked egg and noodles in. Please hire some Asian chefs and get back to basics. I can?t believe they even got miso soup wrong ?.

The portions are super tiny, the flavor of my teriyaki beef is was very plain, expensive for the dishes they offer, next time I prefer to go to Wasabi as the portions are larger and have a better flavor. I would definitely give zero stars to Yo Sushi. I don't recommend it at

Plenty of food going round and it all looked amazing. Ordered some other food as well as the self service and it was all very tasty. Service was great, particularly for a weekend lunchtime.

Lovely food, lovely staff, very convenient location and my toddler loves their edamame and vegetable rice so a win with us on many fronts.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly booths are available but when busy it can be tricky to get a booth and the high chairs available are not suitable for use at the bar.

Stop adding tips on with asking me first! Really don't know why you're adding this on especially when I pick my own food off the belt what are the staff doing for me other than seating me (eventually) and bringing over a drink that I have ordered myself on my phone? Stop it.

First but definitely not the last time coming to yo sushi at bluewater. Great service from stuff even when is extremely busy Saturday lunch and delicious Korean fried chicken . Will be back soon.

Kitchen staff and food were great but the waiting staff appeared lost, untrained and unprofessional. People, including us were asking the kitchen staff for orders etc For example we received our soup with no spoon. Kitchen staff told the waiter we needed a spoon. Waiting staff then came to us 2 minutes later because we were looking at them to ask what we needed. It took 5 minutes to get a spoon. We had to ask for ginger and wasbi. The service is just inexcusably bad.

Brought my little family here, for a bit of a treat... Well, a treat for me really.We all loved all the dishes, and found some new favourites too. The flavours were good and balanced, strong where they needed to be.The atmosphere is not great here - as you'd expect from being in the heart of a massive shipping centre.While the staff were all working hard to keep the restaurant running and people fed, there was no 'service' as such. Communication between staff appeared poor. No one checked on us at our table. We weren't offered top-ups of the free refill items. I had to leave our table on a number or occasions to seek help, cutlery, the bill...As a result, when the service charge was added to my bill, without checking with me about the quality of service received, I felt aggrieved. It slightly soured an otherwise great visit.So. Either lower your expectations or speak up about the quality of service here, and I'm sure you'll have a fabulous visit. (Perhaps that will support the recruitment of more staff/better training/pay, whatever the issue may be...)I ?? ?
