The staff were very, professional, helpful and efficient.I was dealt with straight away and my appointment was on time.The optician was kind and helpful, putting me at my ease and explaining everything thoroughly so that I understood.Kate helped me with my new glasses after my appointment, she was so knid and helpful and helped me to make the right choice without feeling pressured.Overall an excellent experience. The staff are always courteous and friendly and the optician was delightful, taking time to explain what was visible on the computer without resorting to simplistic language.

I have very limited movement sometimes and the staff all went out off there way to help me .From moving chairs to help me to get comfortable to bring things to me so I did not have to move to much.There was one staff member who went above and beyond when I got up set about something she could not do enough for me they were all very nice to me.
