Superb service when I took my 91 year old mother-in-law for wax removal. All the staff were friendly and professional and spent a lot of time with her making sure she was comfortable and feeling OK. It was not a simple job and she eventually had to be referred to ENT for one ear but they went way beyond what I would have...
