I just wanted to leave a review as I haven't been able to get through to my branch (Tunbridge Wells) for a while, and I desperately needed my prescription to order lenses, so I thought I'd shoot my shot and call here to see if anyone could help.A lovely lady answered the phone, sadly I didn't get her name, but although she couldn't send me my prescription, she managed to get through to my branch via email for them to send it to me!I am so grateful. Thank you for your help.

The friendliest Opticians I have ever been to.The Optomerists are extremly thorough and very helpfull answering any question I threw at them. The glass advisers are friendly and knowledgeable they are honest, curteous and polite.I personally cannot give them enough praise.

Very friendly, professional and helpful. Managed to fit me in at short notice too. Nothing was too much trouble when asking about frames and advice was given and other frames not on dismal were made available.Probably the best optician experience I?ve had.

Received an excellent customer service today at David Clulow (Bluewater Store). Zuzanna was so patient and took time to explain the different type of lenses and frame sizes. I would definitely recommend David Clulow to my friends and family.
