We went to B&Q in Dover to buy various things I asked about public toilets and was told there aren't any which is ridiculous I went over to lidl and there public toilet wasn't working I asked a member of staff and he in turn got one of his colleagues who took me to there staff toilets and apologised for any inconvenience B&Q should take a leaf out of lidl book on how to treat customers

Had a bad experience in Ashford B&Q where the staff weren?t helpful whatsoever.Decided to come to the Dover branch and I cannot fault the service whatsoever.Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Especially Caroline, she was a diamond, no question was too much, she took the time to talk to us and understand what we were looking for and got us exactly that! Caroline is an asset to B&Q and made great effort with my 2 year old daughter.Thank you Dover B&Q & all the hard working staff.

They have gone back to providing a human on the checkout, which I think is brilliant. Products and prices are good. Just avoid the dialled products which are usually rubbish.

We went there for a garden lawn rake just easier sometimes to go see and buy what's there so we did. Ended up picking up some silicon for bath seal a parasol base and some secateurs. We paid and left easy as that.

Great shopping experience, found exactly what we needed very easily. Wasn't busy, so the checkout process was very quick.The staff were very polite and helpful. Will definitely shop there again.
