Staff are lovely apart from one woman who?s a bit rude and unfriendly.Has really gone downhill since the change in ownership or franchise. Can get the same thing half the price at the other Londis up the road, which considering it?s the same company is a bit off. The frozen food is always as if it?s defrosted and refrozen, especially the ice cream, you don?t spend over the odds on Ben & Jerry?s to get a mouth full of ice crystals. I used to be a Tesco manager so I know about these things.Half the range for twice the price. Don?t know many locals that go there any more unless really desperate.Wouldn?t bother for anything other than petrol or papers which they can?t get away with charging too much extra.I?ll repeat most of the staff are lovely though.

I tried to get fuel this night there was a worker there that refused to sell me fuelReason was I was wearing sunglasses but this is a clinical documented disability and this same worker (black coloured skin, bald hair, male) started to raise his voice against me , I was shocked and couldn?t comprehend what was happeningUnder laws of equality act 2010Direct discrimination: Direct discrimination occurs when someone is treated less favourably than another person because of a protected characteristic that they have.section 6 of the Equality Act 2010:(1) A person (P) has a disability if ?(a) P has a physical or mental impairment, and(b) the impairment has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on P's ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.(2) A reference to a disabled person is a reference to a person who has a disabilityI have cctv of him refusing and beginning to discriminate against my disability which has harmed my mental state I have reason now to complain that this worker should not continue to work there as this will harm the business becuase he is not fulfilling his employed duty to serve customers and beginning to make judgements against people (I.e if you look or appear to be unwealthy /foreign he will not serve you petrol)

Quite happily posting public, no point going here for essentials shopping wise at night. The staff's far too busy reading the news paper and ignoring you at the window to help.

Was really good but since the take over happened and the shop became londis it's just gone down hill . Over priced and some staff don't seem to care at all about customers . The original staff are the only decent thing left there but not enough for me to stay as I was a regular .

Dangerous for MotorcyclistsI have no problem with any area of this station except health & safety; I have informed BP about the issue. I have noticed over the past few months, especially around the area of the pumps, a slipperiness on the ground. It is a dry, oily, slippery coating on the floor. This is relevant mostly to motorcyclists. I stopped just the other night and slid my front tyre, it was that bad - when I put my feet down to push off from my bike to get off of it, my feet actually slid away from where I had placed my feet. For the second time in a week, I consequently drove off without using the pumps, not wanting to risk whatever was on the floor getting on my tyres and causing an accident on the road. The entire forecourt needs to be chemically cleaned, not just have sand thrown down on it - it is dangerous

Shop is handy for goods. Have to be careful filling car as pumps can be only premium fuel

Might be a trick used by many petrol stations but when the price sign for diesel says (for example) "£1.10" I would expect the price on all the pumps to be £1.10. I don't expect to pull up to a pump at a busy time when no other pumps are available to fill up my car at £1.24. Dirty trick.
