Rebecca was fantastic over the weekend, a misunderstanding over balloons ordered for an 80th Birthday celebration was dealt with amazingly, first Rebecca asked questions in a polite and respectful manner, then checked the order, then agreed to reimburse the balloons and use them as display, whilst replacing then with the order that was wanted. Top quality customer service and all with a smile.. thank you
