Friendly staff, but was told that if I came back another day they would be able to fix my problem with my console. Came back at the specified time and the staff immediately turned me away telling me that they could not help to fix my problem. Whilst the staff are nice giving conflicting information to your customers and taking time out of their day to return for to reason is not acceptable. If I was told no at the first stage I would have been able to fix the problem elsewhere without their services, but because I was told to return to them so they can assist me I wasted valuable downtime for no reason. Friendly staff who know what their talking about but don't trust them when they say that can help if you return another day.

Had some items traded into the store. Both checked before taking down. and then when they were checked by memebers of the staff, one of the items apparently had no power cable, or HDMI lead. Even though all of this was confirmed by us before taking them in. Was told that power cable and hdmi was missing.... had to return home, to to find a power cable and hdmi that did not belong to this monitor but did belong to my personal monitor to take to the store so that it could be traded in. absolute disgrace. will be taking this up with head office!EDIT: Head office covering this up, "thoroughly investated" the incident and are still adament that this was on in there! Looks like they have a thief at CEX dover!

Went in to enquire about a phone yesterday, was being dealt with by a helpful staff member but was seriously put off by what seemed to be a manager or senior staff member bad mouthing other members of staff far too loudly on the shop floor. Really unprofessional , shame as it let the whole place down.

I have just had the best experience with the guys in cex Dover ever very friendly and willing to help out with anything my iPhone was faulty and they changed it for me straight away without any question. Will recommend these guys great customer service.

I find with the Dover store they always take at least a week to process drop and go orders and returns? I returned a faulty item there the other month and had to return 3 times before they finally processed it, each time the manager saying they would call me which they didn't.Really poor service and totally different to the neighbouring stores.

Here waiting at 10am. Staff arrived 10:03 and opened up, asking for another 5mins until they open.Timekeeping needs improvement. ( Sunday)10:10 and still not inside.

Good selection of phone's and computer games and consoles and other accessories like gaming headset's, phone earphones, and camera equipment only problem is the price not much cheaper than the shop price's so if you are going to spend a lot of money might as well buy it New from the retailer and get a new warranty and guarantee also most insurance companies won't insure a second hand phone. I found out the hard way when I thought I was insured with insure to go but unlike other insurance companie sites I wasn't stopped from filling out the insurance policy form online for having a second hand device but when I lost my phone I tried to claim on my insurance but was unable to get cover because they didn't insure second hand devices apparently its in the small print. O well at least I learned something :(...

Staff rolled up just before opening as I was outside the bus stop and were like hope it's not busy, can't be bothered today. Then overhead swearing...Nice seems I'd be waiting to get gift. This shop has gone down hill.
