I am a caring and empathetic therapist who enjoys working with a wide range of people. I work with clients experiencing all kinds of difficulties in areas such as work or relationship issues, anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, low self esteem, low self confidence and lack of motivation. I know that sometimes it is hard to take the first step and ask for help but I am waiting for your call or email.
