The service was excellent and the guys found a nail in my tyre, my tyre pressure light was coming on and they repaired the tyre for me. They are always very pleasant at Dover Kwikfit.

The team gave me insightful MOT advice regarding the health of my front tires, which helped me to make a decision over ultimately replacing them. They fixed my car in a timely manner and explained all the finances clearly, so I left with no worries.

Cam requested special dispensation from the regional manager to re-open the store kn order to fit two front tyres on my car. We had had a blow-out on the Autoroute in France about 40 miles from Reims on Saturday. Fitted and drive on emergency wheel to Reims. AA European Breakdown and Mercedes Mobilo European Assistance were both useless. Nobody could do anything on Sunday. Monday checked 3 tyre fitters myself, AA and Merc couldn?t find anyone with tyres either. Best we could do was Thursday. AA suggested I go to England by train, they would store car and then I could come back at a later date to collect it! This is Merc GLS with trailer and Sports Bike! On the off chance I phoned kwik fit in Dover from Reims on Sunday. Cam said he would order tyres and have them in Dover waiting for me from 10:00 am Monday just in case I couldn?t find tyres in France. Having given up in France on Monday, around midday, I then proceeded (with extreme caution) at no more than 80km/h for the 176 miles remaining to Calais from Reims, great big daft car on a 165/80 R19 front left. The rest are 295/40 R21? ridiculous!! Of course there was no way we could get to Dover before 18:00, so I called Cam. He said he would see what he could do and called me back with his plan to re-open after 20:30? we got there at 20:50 and he had the new tyres fitted and balanced and paid for before 21:30? we were back on our way. Way above and beyond the call of duty, and a delighted customer. Initiative, action and sacrifice. I am so impressed!

Great, friendly service. Went in due to car making a strange noise.... after some investigation it turned out to the the pipe that runs into the exhaust, which they quickly squeezed to fix the problem. Best of all they didn't charge a penny, even though it only took a few minutes and there were no parts involved you'd expect to have to pay at least something for their time. Shows how genuine and decent they are, you can be pretty sure this is one place they're not out to rip you off!

Had a puncture after some numpty left an allen key in the road. Rang up and within an hour everything sorted. Brilliant service by the gentlemen on reception and his team. I believe his name was Ryan. A credit to his company. I will be using them permanently from now on. In a world where good service is a bonus this was above and beyond.

Came here today to get a puncture repaired, the guy said I need a new tyre which I didn't agree with so he told me to go to the tyre shop next door if I'm going to make accusations.So I did and guess what, they repaired the puncture.

I came in, in a rush as we were getting a ferry and was charged £245 for a tyre. I have just gone on your website to find that the same tyre is £164!!!! I had no choice but to pay it but feel like I have been fleeced!

This is the 2nd year of going to Kwikfit for my MOT. Really easy to book and drop the car in. Friendly guy who explained how my tyres were the wrong ones for my car which I had no idea of.Really great service from them.

Came back from the Nürburgring in germany and my ferry was late from Calais to dover. Was on a spare wheel as my other wheel was damaged from driving on the track and I called up half hour before they closed at 6 as no where else was open and an employe called Andy answered, waited for me to get off the ferry with 10 minutes to spare, helped repair my tyre, jack up the car and fitted it himself after everyone else left he took the time to help me out as I lived nearly 2 hours away from Dover! What?s even more amazing is he didn?t want to take any money even after I insisted, so Andy if you?re reading this, it?s people like you who make a big chained company feel like a locally run family business looking out for their customers even when I just caught you off the whim! I made it home safe and sound and what ever they are paying you, you deserve more as your customer care and understanding is admirable, hope this brings a smile to your face as it definitely did for mine as it was the cherry on top for my whole journey. If I?m ever back down to cover on the ferry I?ll be sure to pop in and get you a crate of beers? You really are a legend Andy. Thankyou.

Very helpful. Car battery died on the ferry. Kwik fit were the 4th garage we tried. They immediately ran a battery health check, advised it was the alternator and gave us the confidence to continue the journey home after jumping the car for us again. Great service and highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Andy and his team on the MOT. I came at the last minute following my appointment being cancel at Kwik-Fit Ashford due to the technician being sick. Andy squeezed me in his busy schedule and did his best for me to catch my shuttle on time. That wouldn't have happened without a lot of goodwill from him and his team and a great referral from the manager from Kwik Fit Ashford who was part of the solution despite facing challenges early the morning with his only MOT technician not being able to come to work. Thank you guys, you saved my day.

I was stuck with a puncture on bank holiday,. All 24/7 mobile tyre repairs were ,. Funny not available.. I called Dover Kwik fit ( they were about to close) they waited till I could flat bed the car to there location , ordered the correct size tire and fixed it the next day? can?t thank them enough?.££££££
