Been with VJ Fitness for a little over 6 months now and have really seen the results. Getting stronger each week and feeling like my cardio has gotten so much better thanks to the help of Jordan. Looking forward to more results and more PB?s in the future.

I cannot recommend and thank VJ Fitness for their help. I wanted to lose some weight and build on my fitness but found going to gym classes was not giving me the motivation.It took a lot for me to start this as having 2 children and running a full time business I wasn?t sure I could manage it but VJ have made this more than manageable with their flexibility and support. I enjoy a busy social life but I have been able to still do this whilst seeing results. They have taught me so much about nutrition and exercise whilst still enjoying the treats and nights out!I am so pleased with my results after 11 weeks and am enjoying all the sessions. I was very nervous about using gym equipment but the sessions are relaxed, and I always feel good after them. A massive thank you!

Jordan has been so helpful and inspirational for my fitness journey, I?ve seen massive improvements over the 12 weeks and his support has been hugely impactful. The gym is brilliant equipped and he always makes every session different and interesting, and of course a challenge! Highly recommend to anyone, and will be back to challenge myself again.

I have just finished my 1st 10 week programme with Jordan as a long distance client. My goal was to get cruise fit which is in 10 days time. I set myself a goal of losing 10kgs and achieved a 7kg loss which I am really happy about, especially as a woman of a certain age :) When I started I had sacroiliac joint pain and pain in my left knee that was constant (had been for 18 months) and at times woke up in the night in pain and was apprehensive about doing any exercise but I have now been pain free for around 5 weeks.. this in itself has been worth it... and Jordan has been great adapting my programme to accommodate. I am down a dress size, loads of comments from people wanting to know what I am doing.. yes, there have been times when I have been tired, my body ached but I stuck with it.. pushed myself achieving personal bests every week and feel a million times better than 10 weeks ago. So happy that when I am back from my holiday I will be embarking on my next 10 week programme.Trust the process. Be consistent. Always show up, even when you don't feel like it. Not ready to share photos but by summer next year.. maybe.

My mum and I did two months of PT sessions, twice a week with Jordan, starting 6 weeks after I had my baby via C Section. Our goals were to lose weight, tone up and build strength. Jordan knows his stuff and took into consideration my recovery and the fact neither my mum or I enjoy cardio in to his plans ?. We are over the moon pleased - I lost two stone in 2 months! And my mum lost 1 stone, we are fitter, morr toned and know now hiw to maintain our fittness levels. Jordan was always available for help and advice and was always flexible with scheduling due to childcare.

Absolutely love my PT sessions with Vic!She creates a friendly workout environment, making me feel comfortable and at ease every session. Vic helped me gain my workout confidence again after having a baby, -and I cannot thank her enough for helping me on the journey to feeling myself again, both physically and mentally.Vic has helped me realise that?s it?s all about balance, and that you can achieve your goals without restricting yourself and enjoying life too!

Best PT around!I have been with Jordan for 9 month now, I am down 21KG's and have gone from XXL to M clothing.Cannot recommend enough, was really nervous to start with but Jordan has always encouraged me to do my best. The original goal we set was 4 stone in 12 months, we will achieve it in around 10-11 months which I never thought was possible!None of it would have happened without VJ Fitness :)

I have been seeing Jordan at VJ FITNESS for around 9 months and I am the fittest, strongest and the lightest I have ever been.Adaptable workout plans and appointments were a must for me and they were only too happy to help.Could not recommend them enough.Great team, great gym! As a very unfit, overweight bloke in his mid 50's, at the end of last summer I decided I had to do something to limit the damage caused by too many curries and copious amounts of red wine....but I hate exercise and gyms (plenty of wasted January subscriptions for those over the years!). I decided to try and find a personal trainer in the hope that he or she might be able to help me to stick at it. I stumbled on VJ Fitness on line, met Jordan and gave it a go. That was mid September 2022 - as of January (despite the excesses of Christmas!), I've lost inches from my waistline (bought new jeans - yay!), I am massively fitter (it's all relative - I still hate exercise) and am 10 kilos lighter. Jordan has brilliantly encouraged me to find a way that works for me - I still eat well, I still enjoy a glass or 3 of wine but I have a far better overall approach to food. I would highly recommend VJ Fitness (my wife was so impressed by my progress that she signed up too). Give it a go, if nothing else, looking at yourself in the mirrors in that damn gym will force you to lose weight but at least you are not doing it in public!!!!! ?

I?d recommend VJ fitness to anyone looking to improve their fitness and well being. Jordan?s been amazing with advice and his classes are fantastic. Each class has been different & I?ve come away feeling great after each session. Hard work but worth it, I?ve become stronger and better each week. Absolutely fantastic and the best boot camp I?ve attended.

Have been working with Jordan two days a week for a few months and have lost a stone. I am more physically and mentally fit and feel so much healthier. He provides a fittness program suitable to your requirements and pushes and encourages you when you think you can?t do any more. He also gives you an exercise program for doing at home to help yourself further. He helps with nutrition and suggests good foods to maintain a healthier lifestyle and monitors the progress made. I was a bit nervous first time I went but he puts you at ease and is really helpful! I would definitely recommend joining and make a positive change this year!

VJ Fitness - I started training with Jordan a few months ago and the transformation is amazing, loosing weight at a steady rate and feel so much stronger. You get well thought out personal plan which helps you keep on track.My wife also has had sports massages with Vicky and has really helped her with her knee problem.Very highly recommended, professional and they provide a great workout environment.

Been with Victoria & Jordan at VJ Fitness for over 3 years now and wouldn't go anywhere different, the only instructors I've ever stuck with. PTs & Bootcamps are fab, motivational and varied. They've taught me correct tenique for the gym and a full plan with nutritional information and even trained me with a full plan for my first ever half marathon ?
