Food was great . Just as we asked. Hot and service was quick. Managed to park on a road nearby as it was Sunday. When we entered the shop it was empty. Basic furniture but clean and warm . We didn't get a friendly welcome. I felt ignored. Such a shame because the food and coffee was good. A little expensive.

Laminated menus. Beans, pies, chips. The smell and sound of frying. Great, proper grub. Solid, working-class cafe... but we could do with a smile, mate ?

The staff were rude and hurried me to order my choice. Not so pleasant experience. The breakfast was nice though. If you don't care how you're treated, yes it's OK

Great value and really organised staff. The menu ticks a lot of boxes and the vegan option a friend had looked great.

Very basic furnishings and toilets, but clean and reasonable priced sandwich and coffee for a pit stop at the classic car show.

Managed to get a table on 21st May - very busy as Transport Display / Exhibition on. Service was as quick as could be expected. Food was lovely, hot and large portions. Will remember if I am ever in Faversham again.

Had lovely lamb dinner with 3 veg 4 baked potatoes and yorkshire pudding' Lovely big portions and very cheap £8.30.Really good can't praise them enough 5 stars and reckomended by a local. I gave them 5 stars but the restaurant is 5 star

I love coming to the swan , the food is great and the staff are nice and friendly,Kid-friendliness: The kids I see in there when I?ve been there enjoy the food and the staff are lovely with the kids
