I was signposted to Asda pharmacy by the 111 service , as it was my nearest pharmacy, they requested I contact the pharmacy, after searching high and low for a phone number and phoning the published number online, I couldn't contact the pharmacy as there is no option for this , the pharmacy phoned me and left a message to contact them on the phone number that has no option to contact pharmacy, after some time I opted for the lost property option , and after a few calls a very pleasant member of staff answered and redirected my call , I explained to the pharmacy that I required an emergency supply of my medication and had been signposted to them by 111, I was then told I would need proof of my medication, a prescription was suggested, if I had a prescription i wouldn't need an emergency supply, I informed them I didn't have a prescription or consultant letter as I was at work and had been badly let down by my GP , I was then told they couldn't help me , the biggest issue here is the time I wasted trying to contact them , regards JimGet Outlook for Android
