Went in today as I was in a last minute panic to get a suit for a wedding next week, there wasn't anything out on the shop floor but I asked (I hope I've got her name right) Maureen if there was anything available. Without missing a beat she went out into the back to have a nose around as I was after a blue suit and she managed to find a whole array of options for me. She was absolutely lovely and really helped me get something I needed whilst being very patient with me as I was a bit flustered after having no luck elsewhere.I'd like her to know I really appreciate her kindness and help, an actual credit to great customer service as having worked in retail for over a decade myself previously I know we customers can be a bit annoying to deal with on top of everything else you have to take care of so thank you very much!A lovely lady!

I Went Today To the Shop to buy with my girlfriend something like I always visit nearly every week to make shopping from. I was waiting in the queue for about 10 minutes and when to pay to the lady. She said, we can not pay cash unfortunately. Was just before 4pm. Sometimes I pay cash and was ok but this time was no possible. She not even try a solution for me. She was acting like don?t care about and was moving very slowly.I was very disappointed with my experience today. I home will not happen again.

Some of the staff are not very happy and there isn't much in the store what I really like I ask staff something and just walked off how rude I go in there now and again hopefully might change there things what I like and want one day

This store is a fair bit smaller than the one in Clacton, so there was a more limited offering. Although there were still a few good sales bargains, overall there wasn't a lot of choice. The cashier was very helpful.
