Disgusting service.Booked ear piercing in folkestone with 4 days advanced get a phone call an hour before the appointment time saying that they can't do it due to only having 1 ear piercing staffAnd my daughter was only 4 years old so they needed 2 members of staff.Thank you for making a 4 year-old very sad and disappointed
