Really poor customer service from this store.Assistant kept telling us what we wanted was impossible yet we managed to get an EE eSIM 2 years ago on PAYG and EE customer service have again TWICE told us to just go in store to get a QR code. Even the manager, Clyde, came stomping out of the back office saying it was impossible. It?s most definitely not, you just couldn?t be bothered to try. Off to GiffGaff who actually know what they?re doing!(YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELVES ON A COUPLE OF TRAINING COURSES - ONE ON WHAT SERVICES EE ACTUALLY PROVIDE AND ONE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Got a new phone this week after 4 years. Didn't know what I wanted or best deal to cover all my devices. Blake Pender the senior sales assistant was amazing. He was there to help and not just to make a sale . He made me feel comfortable with his advice and his choices. A very knowledgeable guy. Also his colleague was as helpful to others alongside me . I'm very pleased and will be back . Thankyou

Took 5 days to sort out changing from O2 to EE when told at first would be 'next day' ...had to go to shop 3 times

I was treated appallingly when I went here my phone is 3 months old and I refuse to replace it even that was their fault it was broken I will not be returning and I will be changing networks for the appalling way I was spoken to

I came in because my phone screen was cracked. When I went into store, everyone was busy but they invited me to sit and wait until someone was free. Once someone was free to help, they did everything they could to help. They didn't have the parts needed to fix my screen, so they called the nearest store that would be able to fix my phone to see how much it would cost and if they had the parts. At all times i was kept up to date on what they were doing and they checked to see exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed.Unfortunately the other store didn't have the parts but they of other places that might be able to as well as ee stores closer to my home would be able to help. They handed everything quickly and efficiently and I really felt like they knew what they were talking about and felt reassured.

Oh what a waste of time, the young staff were of little help except to sell me a new phone. Had to go home & phone customer services to get sim activated & get phone up n running for my Mum. Will visit a different store if I have any questions in the future.

Had another fab experience in the folkestone EE shop today.Im a dinosaur when it comes to technology but Blake knows his stuff and totally helped me out,they are always really friendly in there and nothing is to much trouble for them. Will always pop over there to sort our phones out.Well done ?
