Horrific, Idiotic Bank Manager and Staff...Never ever will I sit foot in this branch in the future. Rude, awful, disgusting in every way possible. Wow staff have absolutely No concept of customer service, sUcks, absolutely pathetic and definitely Not a happy bunch:( most horrible Experience ever...Folkestone Branch.

Nothing against the staff, but 10-3. 3 days a week. You closed Romney and Hythe branch. Now you 1/2 closed Folkestone. Come on Natwest. Remember the people you're stepping on.

Staff have no concept of customer service. With the current pandemic they have closed the front doors. Absolutely no explanation of what they expect you to do so once another customer came out i assumed i could go in. I was shouted atand spoken to like a naughty child

Staff are lovely an helpful but opening hours are terrible. What happened to SatWest? opening hours are only when most people are at work - 10-3pm!

Always busy, never enough staff, you get passed from pillar to post because no one really wants to help you. Much like their telephone customer service - hopeless.

Went to this bank today to pay some money in. The queue was nearly to the front door, the machines were not working and there was only two cashiers. I was not the only customer to walk out. I find it amazing that having closed down three other local branches this branch has staff shortages and is no longer willing to do half the things that I expect a bank to do. I for one will be closing the account and going elsewhere for my banking.

Your staff mostly "accommodating" which i suppose is worth one star on the right day, However did you know you average 34.5 hours OPEN per week in 2018 (yes i factored bank holidays for you) Theres 168h in a week. Thats 20.5%.
Statistics show the average person works 49h per week thats just over 29% and you have staff rotations right? we don't expect all of you to be working at all times!. Maybe consider opening past 4pm? (1pm Saturday) and you don't open till 9:30am. (10am Wednesday!)...
Maybe now is not the right time to ask but can i have a loan?

The whole style of the bank is tired and shabby. I think that the poor environment is detrimental to the staff's attitude to their work and the customers. I have had some very good service there but also quite appalling service. When I lived in the suburbs of London my local NatWest was always winning rosettes for its efficiency and good service! What a come down.........

You'd think because of New Romney, Hythe and Cheriton Branch closures this bank would provide extra services... But no.
It's horrendously understaffed. The machines that help you from queuing DON'T work and no one is there to help you. Queuing can sometimes take up to 10 minutes plus! Service is so generic and non-helpful 'I've travelled 10 miles to get to the bank, can you help me'? The answer is 'no'
