I went into purchase some earphones and Gavin was very helpful and friendly as I?d bought some UBL ones 10 mins before and he happily swapped them for the Apple ones. Very lovely staff and couldn?t do enough for you.

Love the guys in this place. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. At no point did I feel pressured in to a sale and were happy to spend the time to make me aware of alternate products. Store was spotless which is more than I can say for other stores in the area. Recommended if you are an O2 customer.

Great service. Quick, easy and the staff were happy to help. Whilst I was in there, the staff were going out of there way to help teach someone to use their new phone.

Very poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer of o2 for three years. After having some trouble this month and apparently running up a bill of nearly £300 which is a ridiculous amount of money for a phone bill I was confronted by a very rude lady on the phone who had no tome to discuss the situation but would rather try to shut me up then come to an agreement. All I asked is to spread the cost of this outlandish amount of money over the remainder of my contract. But rather than listen and try to help there customers they would rather cut off my mobile completely. This has put my livelihood at risk as I have no way to contact my customers or receive emails. How can I pay this joke of a bill if you are taking away my means of making a living. I am very disappointed with my experience this morning and will be looking for another service provider to deal with.
