“We recently visited Pets at Home, Folkestone, as one of our cats was not well.Due to her age, her diagnosis was not good. The Vet explained to us her ailments and unfortunately, the kindest thing to do was to put her to sleep. We had sixteen wonderful years with her and were with her at the end.All the staff at Pets at Home were so kind, understanding the emotions we were experiencing and giving us time to say our last goodbyes.We have since received a card of condolence from the staff at Pets at Home, which is such a thoughtful thing to do, and we thank them whole heartedly.”
