I was pleased to find an item that my husband needed for a trip. The first staff member was very helpful and found just the size he needed upstairs.I collected the item the next day. Both staff members who assisted were polite and I appreciated their help in sorting out my purchase.

I wanted shoes but, at the moment, they have so many boots there the shoe selection is small. None I liked seem to fit me so will have to go back in the Spring. Assistant was friendly, patient and helpful.
