Explained to staff member that the pump was saying out of order and basically told I was wrong and it is fine. Two others had same issue. She still didn't recognise it as a problem. Rude.

Usually good petrol prices however more often than not it is closed when I turn up because they are refilling which causes abolute chaos on this road

Two rather rude ladies running this place. Broke down on the pump after filling up and all they were concerned with was how long will I be there. Won't be filling up there again. RAC were brilliant tho.

The click and collect is a disaster. Avoid avoid, avoid awful service absolutely no customer service. Literally robbed us and would not own up and refund.
