Repeat prescription with critical medicine and it wasn't ready despite chasing them. On repeated call he hung up the phone to avoid answering why the medicine hadn't arrived. I called again and in the middle of the conversation, he started speaking to another customer for ages again to avoid answering. He didn't care how critical the medicine was and what impact it would have upon the patient/customer. The worst and most neglected pharmacy I have ever experienced.

Walked up from work to try and collect a prescription and arrived dead on 1pm to find they clear off for lunch at that time. This isn't noted in their online opening hours and as I'm not local and havent been before I didn't know any different. They just looked at me though the window when I found the door locked.

Repeat prescription every 2 months and never ready. Told today it?s not due till next week. Well I run out tomorrow and 56 days from last collection is tomorrow by my calculations. Useless

The team are always friend, helpful and with a smile all the time. Medications are always in stock and are pharmaceutical advice is always available.

I get repeat prescription for medication, they told me when I came to collect my prescription that it hasn't been in stock for weeks. I understand that they can't control if something is I stock or not. But they could have atleast contacted me to let me know, I then asked what to do and they told me to go to every pharmacy in the area and ask whether they have it in stock, I asked if they can call or check what pharmacy has it in stock as I can't drive and they said no and for me just to Google it. Whilst being just plain rude and being patronising and telling me they've made it so simple for me, it's not helpful at all as there was no communication from there part what so ever. Work on how you speak to your customers too. This is the second time in a row I've had a problem and will have to go without my needed medication because you can't communicate.

Have gone above and beyond in recent weeks helping my partner, the staff have been friendly and more than accommodating, couldn?t say a bad thing about them.

Lovely pharmacy they answered my call just before closing time and kept the store open for me a few minutes slightly after they closed as I was stuck in traffic

Avoid and go elsewhere if possible! Staff are so rude its unbelievable. Was greeted by the phrase what do you want? which was shouted from the back of the till area and the service really didn't improve after that either.

Sometimes rude and nearly always unsure of what they're doing. If it wasn't for the close link to the GP surgery, another terrible medical care facility, then we wouldn't use them

A small pharmacy but always have medicines needed.Over the counter (GSL/P) products a little over priced but expected as it seems independently owned.Pharmacist mis-diagnosed me once however wasn?t life threatening.Good opening hours for the needs of the area.Parking restrictions in the high street but can park here for up to an hour free.MOT machine to check your vitals available here.No consultation room.Takes card payment but charges a small fee for the pleasure (soon to be wiped by law).
