I went to purchase balloons today the lady that served me was really helpful and nice. I waited 10 minutes for the balloons but it was in that time I experienced terrible customer service which I would never experience in London to be fair. I was waiting at the front using my phone to buy something from the Argos in Hempstead Valley. I asked the cashier to confirm that this was Hempstead as I?m not from this area I just wanted to be sure. Anyways the two older cashier proceeded to stare at me and talk about me, then they called the manager guy with glasses to come and walk around me and stare at me. I noticed them still talking and staring. Anyways by this point I collected my items and then walked out of the store. I got about 100ft away and noticed the same man and another woman chase after me to ask if I was taking pictures of the staff. God knows why I would take pictures of two old ladies. I told them no - would you like to see my phone. Apparently they are not able to. I did not like being accused of this and chased out of the store. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Therefore, due to this nature they get one star. Purely because of the lovely lady that served me in the beginning. By the way. I didn?t even get a formal apology for disrupting my day and accusing me of someone else?s paranoia.
