I was with someone who needed a new phone. Lots of phones on display. Service was very prompt and no-nonsense. Polite and knowledgeable. All queries answered with no pushy sales.

Trying to say my phone was broken due to their sim not working properly in it and going on about upgrading both in Hempstead Valley and on phone to call centre. Seems sharp practices? . I've had phone six years and it coincidentally 'broke'between inserting sim from plusnet to ee? I proved it still worked by inserting a vodaphone sim in. Also at the call centre saying they can't cancel my contract because they can't verify my account? Not my fault if my phone couldn't receive texts due to ee sim not working? But said I was a customer!! not really interested in my problem of no calls all week losing personal business etc and then trying to sell me broadband and upgrades? I didn't wanna move to ee anyway only because plusnet are finishing phone servicesIn Hempstead they said I would lose my number if i canceled the contract. Blackmail. Luckily I called later and they gave me the pac code immediately.. Why couldn't the shop do it?? immediately.

Still waiting for Reece the manager at Hempstead to call me regarding an over charge on our contracts. He assured me he would be "all over it" and keep in touch. Nearly another month and no contact, can't get anyone to answer the phone, so I expect it will be more fuel used to go and visit the shop again.
