As is the norm for most branded service stations, fuel is overpriced as are products sold in the shop. I had to use the station as I had a hired vehicle that had a fuel card. The staff were not rude but not particularly friendly. The site itself is clean. I prefer to pay less at a supermarket fuel station.

Be prepared to be held hostage by staff, if for whatever reason you cannot pay for your fuel! They won't call the police, they just keep you locked in the shop until you can pay. #FalseImprisonment. You need to call the police on 999 ASAP. Help yourself to a free coffee from the Costa machine and wait for the police to arrive.

Usually higher prices for fuel than other local stations, miserable, rude staff... Car wash isn't half bad when it works.

You can buy petrol here ?. The air machine doesn't take cards so take 50p with you.

I don't normally use this station but had to as the one I normally use is closed for refurbishment.Used them twice & in both occasions customer service is really terrible. The first time the cashier was eating food on the the till and when I gave the cash he didn't bother to clean his hands and wanted to give the change with traces of food in his hands so I just left. The second time I needed to fill the car with a full tank as I had to drive for a long distance and it was full at £50.07 so I handed her £50.05 I only had a 5 pence change. She kept looking at me and asking for the 2pence so I gave her £20 note and she didn't take it and shook her head in an awkward way . Which I didn't not appreciate. A lot of petrol stations don't bother asking for the penny as it is worth nothing nowadays.I will never use them again as twice of bad experience is enough.
