visited this morning with my elderly father who wanted to make a large transfer, he was asked the most embarrassing and condescending security questions in front of half of gillingham high street, this should be done in a private room, i didn't want to cause a scene and upset him but i shall return to have a bloody word with the staff member first thing tomorrow.Awful

Why on earth you?re closing so early? Opened until 15:30pm only what about those people who are at work and urgent needs! Also weekends you are completely shut! We are not in lockdown since Covid started everyone when mad especially those who like to work from home used this opportunity .. laziness pure laziness.. Some people don?t know how to use internet like elderly people. Many times when I was in bank you have advised to older people to go online! Laziness? You as a staff are nice and helpful but not to all of us and trying to to less as possible. You should be open on weekends!!!!!!

I have had my card cloned and some money was taken from my account, so I went into the branch and the branch manager literally managed to get my money back in 10 minutes. I was very surprised and very happy with his service.Bravo ??

Nice staff who monitor who comes in and out to help protect us from the virus. They always greet you and say goodbye. Very nice.

I had a meeting with one of the Halifax staff, named Sarah. She was very helfpuf and recommended me a reward account as it would satisfy my needs. She was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the system was down and I couldn't get my card ordered home. However the system failure happens at every store and Sarah showed me how I can do it at home. The overall atmosphere is very friendly and so are the other staff.

I am a Halifax customer, there is no accessible lift here as everything is ground level and there is also a â?¿ entrance.
