The covid19 has not treated this place kindly as has some empty shops and is so quiet\\nSo people make the effort to get behind our local businesses or we will have nowhere to go to see products\\nIt's just not the same, as shopping online does not give you, the chance to see before you buy

It is freezing in the centre and makes for an uncomfortable shopping trip, people visit you instead of high street shopping to avoid the cold, the place need to be heated

I was having a nice day Christmas shopping with my family, we had just visited Demelza charity shop where my children had been given a balloon by the lovely staff in the shop. My children were enjoying the snowman photo booth when one of them accidentally dropped their balloon on the floor, as they bent down to pick it...

From Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre
Hempstead Valley is a shopping centre located in Gillingham, just off J4 of M2.
There are over 50 retailers available to shop at the centre including M&S, Sainsbury's, Pandora, TK Maxx, Argos, Wallis, Boots and M&Co.
The Venue dining quarter is home to Nando's, Frankie & Benny's, Bella Italia, The Broadwick, Costa Coffee and Subway.
Parking is free for up to 6 hours and the centre is open late weekdays.
Hempstead Valley was the first out of town shopping centre to be built in the South East and is home to one of the Kent’s largest Sainsburys (originally called Savacentre) and the first Food Court to be set up in the UK!
