These guys are the best. I had problems with my shower heating valve and they would not rest until they found me the right replacement valve and then when that wasn't suitable they sourced a shower cartridge. I fitted it and so happy to have my hot shower back and working. Even if you're not a plumbing expert they don't treat you as if you dont know anything and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally recommend them ?

HPS were recommended by our bathroom fitter. We had a revamp of a downstairs bathroom. We contacted Debbie in between lockdowns and cannot praise her enough for her help and professionalism in advising us and directing us to the best products for our requirements. We were so impressed at our first meeting we recommended her to our friend who needed a total refit if a bathroom due to health issues. Debbie was very knowledgable and extremely patient in ensuring we were happy with her designs and the products chosen. Even during this pandemic the bathroom fittings and furnishings were delivered on time with very little effort on our part. Any issues we had ( mainly my friends change of heart with worktops) were dealt with in an exceptional manner. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would be very happy to use them again should the need arise.
