This is by far one of the best phone shops I've ever been in the level of customer service is second to none and the tech support is spot on and I'm not on about the basic level stuff. These guys gave me an awesome insight to the Oneplus 6 and I ended up buying one there and then. I can't recommend them enough.

Couldn't have had better service! My old phone wouldn't charge so decided to get myself an upgrade immediately. Arrived at the shop at opening time on Saturday morning and was on my way 40 minutes later with my new phone, complete with all data, photos, contacts, settings and messages fully transferred. Zoe went through the whole process extremely professionally, including recovering my Apple ID which I'd forgotten - perfectly calmly and patiently. Absolutely faultless!
