“This store is in Hempstead Valley shopping Centre. This branch is neatly laid out with an extensive range of products from pharmacy too make up and beauty products. All what you would expect from this company. The staff here are attentive and really do the job well. The till area is set out well with not too many products at the entrance of it like a lot of stores of this kind so therefore 5 stars is given............”

“Chain pharmacies could NEVER!I’ve used Lloyds, Boots, and even Pharmacy2U online. I’ve been screwed around so many times with tablets being out of stock repeatedly, waiting times being days, queues over an hour long in store.After the second rainham Lloyds closed and the last remaining one became impossible to put up with, in a blind search to try and get my medication somewhere I went to pharmacy 1st.I now recommend them to everyone. My repeat meds are available within the day and usually delivered the same day or next day they come over from the GP. I never have to chase. They ALWAYS have all the tablets in stock - and some of my medication is classed drugs because I’m on specialist treatment.There’s never a long queue in store either, I’ve always been served quickly and treated well.I rave about them to everyone and have converted my family to use them too!”

“Away on holiday and developed a UTi so contacted 111 and they sent over a prescription to the other pharmacy (peacemarsh) which provided shocking service and argued with me and demonstrated poor customer service. The high street store had been really helpful ovsr the phone and locating the prescription at the Peacemarsh site and was able to get them to miraculously 'find it on their system'. Brought the prescription to the high street store and they didn't have the full script in but was really good and gave me more than enough to get sorted till their order comes in tomorrow and were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this pharmacy 100%.”

“I always find this chemist and staff helpful, friendly and polite. If my prescription has only been sent or I walk in with one they will do there up most to have this prepared while I wait.. Yes, sometimes it can be manic and prescriptions can take some time but they are trying to keep up with the demands of same day in prescriptions and walk in. The fronline staff are full of character and it can be quite an interesting listening to their conversations and sometimes join in the banter.
