There's always a friendly, positive atmosphere. Products are normally easy to find, but the staff are always more than happy to help. It's clean and aisles are clear, and a decent amount of parking.

The most friendliest and welcoming local store I had the pleasure of visiting. I lived in Gillingham for a year and I was in Sainsbury's Local store every single day. Really great produce and always fresh on the stuff I needed.
